Safe Dining Practices

It is our priority to keep our guests, employees and the community safe.
We have implemented safety protocols that go above and beyond our already strict standards. These are detailed below:
WHAT WE ARE DOING:
We have reconfigured our dining rooms to ensure tables are adequately spaced and are complying with the current government regulations.
CLEANING AND HYGIENE
Our hygiene standards are, as they have always been, our highest priority. In these high risk times we have included a number additional sanitising procedures, and have increased frequency of cleaning high touch point areas.
All team members have been directed to take strict hand-washing hygiene measures.
STAFF WELLNESS & MASKS
All staff are required to wear a fitted face mask and are required to confirm they are fit and healthy when signing in for work.
SINGLE USE MENUS
Our paper menus will be disposed of after each use. Our leather bound wine menus will be sanitised after each use.
All managers and staff have undertaken COVID-19 safe training and know what our Level 2 procedures are.
Currently our food and beverage suppliers are not permitted to enter the dining room and are required to sign in to NZ COVID tracer app. All deliveries are made to the external delivery bay.
All staff, guests and visitors are required to sign in using the NZ COVID tracer app.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US:
Where possible, please make a booking by calling ahead or booking online. Government regulations mean that our availability is somewhat limited, please bear with us as we do our best to accommodate as many guests as we can under these changed conditions. Please call as soon as possible and let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
As a requirement of the New Zealand Government’s Public Health Order within the red and orange levels of the COVID Protection Framework, all guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to dine with us.
All guests will be required to show proof of vaccination (or an exemption) on arrival at the restaurant. This excludes any children aged 11 and under.
You are also required to check in using the NZ COVID tracer app. The QR code will be displayed at the entrance of our restaurant and on the back of our menus.
Please respect the reservation time by arriving promptly to allow time for check in.
In line with Government regulations all guests are required to wear a fitted face mask except when seated at their table.
We encourage guests' payment to be taken at the table rather than the front desk and where possible to use a contactless payment method.
We also request you limit your interactions with other guests and do not gather in the common areas of the restaurant.
NO COAT CHECK
We ask that guests hold on to their coats and belongings.
